A variety of cooking classes are available each fortnight in a stunning kitchen located in Prahran, Melbourne.
The classes are interactive and everyone gets involved in the cooking process.
Our gourmet chef Sébastien Piel started tasting the many French food flavours from his father’s cooking, an established French chef himself. What more natural than to follow in his father’s steps and learn the French cooking techniques at the famous Ecole Hoteliere for five years.
Sébastien’s experience led him to some of the most prestigious restaurants, starting in Deauville (La Belle Epoque at The Normandy hotel) followed by Paris (Maison du Danemark, Patachou) and London (Le Caprice), to name a few.
With more than 15 years practice in traditional cooking and modern cuisine, Sébastien has now been revealing his many secrets through cooking classes first at the Queen Victoria Market and various private lessons, and today at his own location in Prahran.
